CSI Opens It’s Third San Francisco Office in Nob Hill

California Skin Institute (CSI) is pleased to announce its merger with the well-regarded Nob Hill dermatology practice of Rhea Phillips, M.D.

Dr. Phillips is a board-certified dermatologist who completed her dermatology training at Baylor College of Medicine and a skin cancer research fellowship at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Texas. She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology including skin cancer surgery and pediatric dermatology. As part of CSI, she will now offer a broad range of new medical and cosmetic procedures from the existing CSI platform of devices and techniques.
