NEW LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT: UltraDerm Medspa
We are excited to announce that UltraDerm Medspa has joined California Skin Institute as of February 25, 2019. UltraDerm Medspa, led by Dr. Steven L. Garner, is located in the beautiful city of Santa Cruz on the Pacific coast and offers a wide variety of personalized cosmetic treatments.
We welcome Dr. Steven Garner and his highly skilled team of aesthetic nurses and aestheticians to the CSI family!
Steven L. Garner, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and is the Founder/Medical Director of UltraDerm MedSpa. Dr. Garner attended Boston University for both college and medical school. Following those 8 educational years, Dr. Garner spent an additional 8 years of surgical training at the University of Iowa (Surgery Internship, ENT Residency), University of Southern California (Plastic Surgery Residency), and University of Miami (Craniofacial-Maxillofacial Fellowship). These combined 16 years of medical/surgical training resulted in full Board Certification by both The American Board of Plastic Surgery and The American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.
Kim Calerdine, RN, has earned a national reputation as a Master Injector of Botox and filler for aesthetic skin beauty & health. Having lived and worked in Santa Cruz for over 30 years, Kim earned her Registered Nurse (RN) degree from North Idaho College. With burgeoning interest and foresight regarding the modern aesthetic skin health boom, Kim joined Dr. Garner’s Plastic Surgery practice and the UltraDerm MedSpa in 2004.
Cathleen Fox, RN, LE, has joined the UltraDerm team in 2013. Cathleen (Cat) Fox is both an expert in cosmetic skin care and also a laser specialist. Broadening her vision and expertise beyond her RN degree from Hartnell College, Cat is also a trained and licensed Esthetician (LE). Cat’s signature gift is her ability to help you develop a personalized beauty & health plan for your skin to enhance your inner light and celebrate you as an individual.
Chrisha Seadler, RN is a highly skilled Nurse Injectors and Laser Skin Specialists. Chrisha earned her nursing degree at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz in 2005. She was a pioneer in aesthetic skin care serving several local offices (including UltraDerm) starting in 2006. Her personal experience and expertise with Botox, fillers, laser skin care, and hair reduction are exceptional and unsurpassed.
Madison Fischl, LE, is an expert and licensed esthetician and is a Santa Cruz native-born professional trained at the local Shoreline School of Cosmetology. Experienced previously in both Los Gatos and Santa Cruz, Madison maintains her state-of-the-art expertise on the entire cosmetic skin care industry of products and procedures.
